Claude Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. ("Mediagrif") announces that he has acquired on June 10, 2010 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, indirectly through Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc., a corporation which he controls, 1,350,000 common shares of Mediagrif at a price of $8.41 per share. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Roy held directly and indirectly 1,424,300 common shares of Mediagrif, representing approximately 10.25% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif. He is now the beneficial owner, and exercises control over a total of 2,774,300 common shares, representing approximately 19.97% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif.

Claude Roy and Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc. hold these shares for investment purposes only. Mr. Roy may increase or decrease his beneficial ownership or control over these common shares of Mediagrif, from time to time in the future, depending on market or other conditions.
