MONTREAL, Sept. 29, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - After 37 years in real estate development, Prével today proudly handed over the keys to its 10,000th unit to its new owner at the 21e Arrondissement condo project, located where Old Montreal and Griffintown meet. "It's exciting to think that 10,000 people have chosen us for such an important purchase, and that we have been a part of the lives of so many people," said Jacques Vincent, Co-President of Prével.
Prével marked the occasion through its "10,000 Stories" campaign and invited all those who, at any point in their lives, resided in a Prével home to share their stories and experiences. This campaign was formally launched at an invitation-only event on Thursday, September 17 with over 650 Prével home-owners in attendance, ranging from residents of a single family home in Repentigny delivered in 1978 to owners of a brand-new condo in Griffintown. "Knowing how valuable everyone's time is, it's very touching to see how attached so many people are to Prével. This shows how loyal our customers are, having stayed with us for so many years" highlighted Mr.Vincent.
Moreover, many customers at the event highlighted the impact Prével has had on their lives.
"I lived a good part of my youth in a Prével house. When it came time to own my home, choosing a condo in Lowney was only natural. Homeownership is not a decision to be taken lightly; it's reassuring to know a developer puts so much effort into building quality products, offering innovative design concepts and to creating communities where we feel good" said François, a condo-owner at Lowney in Griffintown.
