OTTAWA, June 15, 2017 /CNW/ - On Tuesday, June 20, 2017, Governor Stephen S. Poloz will host a special preview of the new Bank of Canada Museum for special guests from the government, business and tourism sectors, as well as media. Guests will include Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson.
After brief welcoming remarks, guests and members of the media will have an opportunity to tour the galleries and interact with the exhibits. Museum planners and guides will be available to answer questions. The Museum will open to the general public on July 1.
For security reasons, all media must register with the Bank in advance. Broadcast media and still photographers will be allotted space on a first-come, first-served basis, through advance registration.
