PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Announces Sale of Northern Frontier Logistics LP - The Water Management Logistics Division of Northern Frontier Corp.

CALGARY, July 27, 2016 /CNW/ - Northern Frontier Logistics LP ("NF Logistics" or the "Company") provides bulk water and fluids transfer services throughout Western Canada. It specializes in providing custom hydro-testing systems for pipelines, API or AWWA tank storage and ASME vessels as well as fluid transfer and water management services to construction sites.

On July 21, 2016, NF Logistics filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("NOI") and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") was appointed Proposal Trustee. On July 25th 2016, the Court approved the Company's application for a Sales and Investor Solicitation Process ("SISP") led by PwC.

In our capacity as Proposal Trustee, we are soliciting offers for the business or assets of the Company. The deadline for non-binding expressions of interest is August 15, 2016.  A comprehensive information package on this opportunity is available to qualified parties upon execution of a confidentiality agreement.
