Prima Colombia Hardwood Inc. Announces Executive and Director Changes
VANCOUVER, Jan. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Prima Colombia Hardwood Inc. (TSXV:PCT) ("Prima" or the "Company") announces that Harold Hayes, Chief Operating Officer, will assume the additional duties of President of the Company's Colombia Subsidiary, Prima Colombia Hardwood C.I. S.A.S. Mr. Harold Hayes replaces Mr. Juan Pablo Cabal who resigned his position on December 31, 2011 to help reduce monthly cash requirements in accordance with the press release issued on December 21, 2011. Mr. Harold Hayes will continue to carry out the duties of Chief Operating Officer. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Cabal for his contribution to the Company.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Alfonso Girardo from the Board of Directors effective December 23, 2011.
