Primary Energy Recycling Announces Board Resignation
OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) today announced that Douglas Graham has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors for personal reasons. The resignation is effective immediately.
