Primary Energy Recycling Announces Board Resignation
OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI), a clean energy company that generates revenue from capturing and recycling recoverable heat and byproduct fuels from industrial processes, today announced that Rodney Boulanger has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors. The resignation is effective immediately.
"Rodney has been an important part of the team and has created value for the Company's shareholders since he joined the Board more than five years ago," said Robert A. Peiser, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Primary Energy Recycling. "We would like to thank Rodney for his contributions and wish him success going forward."
By reason of the agreement entered into with shareholders on June 11th, 2013, the Board vacancy will not be filled.
