Primary Energy Recycling announces November quarterly dividend
OAK BROOK, IL, Nov. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) (Primary Energy or the Company) today announced that its board of directors has declared, under its previously announced new dividend policy, a quarterly dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of US$0.05 per Share, which will be payable on November 30, 2012, to holders of record at the close of business of November 15, 2012.
