Primary Energy Recycling Announces Quarterly Dividend
OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) (Primary Energy or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of US$0.05 per Share. The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on February 14, 2014.
