Prime CarCare Group Inc. and NOVUS Glass Announce Master Franchise Agreement in Canada

MARKHAM, ON, Feb. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Prime CarCare Group Inc., owner and operator of the iconic Speedy Auto Service and Minute Muffler and Brake brands, and NOVUS Glass, the inventor of windshield repair, are pleased to announce that they have signed a master franchise agreement granting Prime CarCare Group Inc. master franchise rights for Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, Prime CarCare Group Inc. will have the rights to establish NOVUS Glass franchise locations within the more than 130 Speedy Auto Service and Minute Muffler and Brake brands across Canada. The agreement also provides for the coordinated development of new standalone locations across the country and the continued support of existing NOVUS Glass franchise stores.

Starting in March 2014, the two corporations will work closely to train new franchisees and integrate the NOVUS Glass repair and replacement service to Prime's existing franchise network.
