- PWNA has acquired substantially all of the assets of Clear Mountain Refreshment Services, dba Premium Refreshment Service, headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas.
- PWNA has acquired substantially all of the assets of the Mountain Valley distributor business of North Texas Mountain Valley Corporation, dba Water Event, which operates five locations in Texas.
