New Agreement Expands Primus' Coverage Area, and Provides Increased
Wireless Data Functionality to Customers for Future Smart Phone Offering.

, the country's largest alternative communications carrier, announced it has signed a new contract with Rogers Wireless Partnership which will significantly enhance its offerings to Primus wireless customers by early spring 2010. The agreement builds upon Primus' existing wireless offering that has been in the market since late 2004 when Primus originally launched as an MVNO.
Under the new agreement, Primus' serviceable footprint will increase to cover 94% of
Canada
. Customers will enjoy enhanced voice and text packages, and expanded wireless data functionality, including Smart Phones and advanced features such as picture messaging (MMS), web browsing and ring tone alternatives.
