Prism Medical Ltd. (TSX-VEN:PM) - Conclusion of Strategic Review Process

TORONTO, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - Prism Medical Ltd. ("Prism" or "the Company") (TSX-VEN:PM) announced today that it has concluded its review of strategic alternatives that it had commenced in October, 2009. The Company will focus on strengthening and building its business, including developing new products and services for the mobility impaired in new market segments and geographies. Now that the review process has been concluded, the special committee of the board has been disbanded and the engagements with third party financial advisors will be terminated.

Prism Medical Ltd. is a provider of durable medical equipment and related services to the mobility disadvantaged in Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom.  While Prism's history dates back to 1996, Prism's subsidiaries and divisions have been servicing the mobility disadvantaged since the mid 1980s in their homes, long-term care facilities and acute care facilities.
