Pro-Financial Asset Management Inc. Announces OSC Order

BURLINGTON, ON, May 23, 2014 /CNW/ - Pro-Financial Asset Management Inc. (PFAM), the manager of the Pro FTSE RAFI Canadian Index Fund, Pro FTSE RAFI US Index Fund, Pro FTSE RAFI Global Index Fund, Pro FTSE RAFI Hong Kong China Index Fund, Pro Money Market Fund, Pro FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index Fund, Pro FTSE NA Dividend Index Fund, Pro Fundamental Balanced Index Fund and Pro Fundamental Bond Index Fund (the Index Funds), announces that the Ontario Securities Commission has stopped the distribution of the Index Funds as of April 21, 2014 without prejudice to PFAM's right to apply to resume distribution when the audited financial statements of the Index Funds for the year ending December 31, 2013 are filed. PFAM expects to file the audited fund financial statements on June 6, 2014 and will request reinstatement of distribution thereafter.
