Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc. - Unitholders of the Professionals' Funds approve the amendments to the investment objectives of the Funds

MONTREAL, Dec. 17, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc., as manager of its 13 funds: the Professionals' Balanced Fund, the Professionals' Balanced Growth Fund, the Professionals' Retirement Balanced Fund, the Professionals' Bond Fund, the Professionals' Short Term Fund, the Professionals' Canadian Equity Fund, the Professionals' Canadian Dividend Fund, the Professionals' Global Equity Fund, the Professionals' American Index Fund, the Professionals' European Equity Fund, the Professionals' Asian Equity Fund, the Professionals' Emerging Markets Equity Fund and the Professionals' Equity World Trends Fund (collectively, the "Funds"), announces that the amendments to the investment objectives of the Funds proposed on October 10, 2012 were approved today at special meetings of the unitholders of the Funds that were previously adjourned on December 10 last. The amendments will become effective on or about December 28, 2012.
