Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc. has changed sub-portfolio managers for the Professionals' Canadian Equity Fund and the Professionals' European Equity Fund

MONTREAL, April 11, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc. (the "Manager") announces that Fidelity Investments Canada Limited ("Fidelity") and Professionals' Financial - Private Management Inc. ("Professionals' Financial - Private Management") are the sole sub-portfolio managers responsible for managing the assets of the Professionals' Canadian Equity Fund (the "Canadian Equity Fund"), the Manager having terminated the mandate of Scheer, Rowlett & Associates Investment Management Ltd.

Fidelity and Professionals' Financial - Private Management have maintained the same fee for the assets under their management.

In addition, New Star Institutional Managers ("New Star") is the sole sub-portfolio manager responsible for managing the assets of the Professionals' European Equity Fund (the "European Equity Fund"), the Manager having terminated the mandate of AXA Rosenberg Investment Management LLC.

New Star has also maintained the same fee for the assets under its management.
