Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc. has nominated an additional portfolio sub-manager for the Professionals' Canadian Equity Fund

MONTREAL, July 18, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Professionals' Financial - Mutual Funds Inc., the investment fund manager of the Professionals' Canadian Equity Fund (the "Canadian Equity Fund") announces the execution of a portfolio sub-manager agreement with Triasima Portfolio Management Inc. for the management of part of the assets of the Canadian Equity Fund. Fidelity Investments Canada ULC ("Fidelity") remains a portfolio sub-manager responsible for the management of part of the assets of the Canadian Equity Fund. Furthermore, the individual principally responsible for the investment advisory services provided by Fidelity to the Canadian Equity Fund will now be Mr. Joseph Overdevest.
