TORONTO, April 21 /CNW/ - Propel Capital Corporation ("Propel") announced today the delay of the Propel Multi-Strategy Fund (the "Fund").

Given recent events in the marketplace, Propel has decided to postpone the current offering. Propel intends to re-file this prospectus at a later date.
