Provincial Court finds Mark Leeb and Kathy Leeb guilty of breaching Alberta securities laws
CALGARY, May 17, 2016 /CNW/ - The Provincial Court of Alberta has found Mark Andrew Leeb and Kathy Aileen Leeb guilty of one count each of illegal trading and illegal distribution of securities. The Leebs were found not guilty of making misrepresentations.
The convictions stem from the illegal sale of New Life Capital Corp. securities to investors located in the Lethbridge, Alberta area. Sentencing submissions are scheduled for June 16, 2016 in Lethbridge Provincial Court.
