Technical Briefing on Zika Virus

OTTAWA, Jan. 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Dr. Gregory Taylor, Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, joined by Dr. Theresa Tam, Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada and Assistant Deputy Minister Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Branch, and Dr. Howard Njoo, Associate Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, will hold a technical briefing to provide information on Zika Virus and what actions the Government of Canada is taking to address this emerging public health issue.
