Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust Announces Inclusion in FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Developed Index

VANCOUVER, June 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust ("PIRET") (TSX: AAR.UN) announced today that it has received notification from FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series that PIRET will be added to the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Developed Index (the "Index") effective on June 24, 2013.

FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series made the announcement in their Americas Quarterly Review on June 13, 2013.
