Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust Schedules Conference Call for Q2 2012 Financial Results and Announces Redemption of Trust Units

VANCOUVER, Aug. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust ("PIRET" or the "REIT") (TSXV: AAR.UN) is pleased to announce the scheduling of its conference call on the REIT's financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012.

Management will host the conference call at 4:30 p.m. (EDT), 1:30 p.m. (PDT), on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, to review the financial results and corporate developments for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012.

Redemption of Trust Units

PIRET also announces today the redemption of 94,900 class A trust units (each, a "Unit") of the REIT as of July 18, 2012 by a unitholder at a redemption price of $4.40 per Unit for total redemption payment of $417,560.  After the redemption of the Units, PIRET has 66,388,154 Units issued and outstanding.
