Pure Technologies Announces Executive Appointments
CALGARY, April 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd. ("Pure" or the "Company") (TSX: PUR) is pleased to announce that Mark W. Holley has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Company, having served as President of Pure's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pure Technologies U.S. Inc., since 2008. Mark will be responsible for business development, operations and human resources for the Company's business worldwide. Jack Elliott remains President of Pure and will continue to guide and support Mark in all areas.

Mike Higgins has been appointed Senior Vice President, North America (Canada and U.S.), and will assume responsibility for Canada and U.S. operations. Rob Budianto has been appointed Senior Vice President, Engineering, Operations & Production, and will continue to support Pure's global business. Mike and Rob will both report to Mark who will continue to be heavily involved to ensure Pure's North American region continues its rapid growth.
