Pure Technologies declares Quarterly Dividend
CALGARY, March 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd. ("Pure" or the "Company") (TSX: PUR) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per common share payable on March 31, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 16, 2015.
The Company hereby notifies all shareholders that the dividend payable on March 31, 2015 will be designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
