Pure Technologies Shareholders Elect Directors at Annual General and Special Meeting

CALGARY, May 5, 2016 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd. ("Pure" or the "Company") (TSX: PUR) held its Annual General and Special Meeting in Calgary, Alberta on May 4, 2016. A total of 36,516,567 million shares (approximately 68.48% of outstanding common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.

During business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders elected eight Board members, including five independent directors, until the next annual general meeting. The voting results of shares represented at the meeting for individual directors were as follows:
