       prize.

       program of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada Foundation, engages our
       people in meaningful, day-long projects for worthwhile causes. In the
       fiscal year 2009, nearly 45% of PwC employees participated in this
       program.

The tenth edition of Mediacorp Canada Inc.'s annual competition for "Canada's Top 100 Employers" invited 16,000 employers to apply for the competition from a range of industries across the country. Participants are required to complete an extensive application process that includes a detailed review of operations, HR practices, charitable efforts and community involvement.
