PwC strengthens its Management & Technology Consulting services with acquisition of Biond Consulting

TORONTO, March 10, 2014 /CNW/ - PwC Canada is pleased to announce the acquisition of Biond Consulting, a firm specializing in planning and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions through Oracle^® and Microsoft^® technologies.

Ramy Sedra, founder and president of Biond, will join PwC as a partner in the firm's Consulting practice. With over 20 years of industry experience, Sedra has expertise in coupling finance operations with technology to provide clients with customized BI and EPM solutions. In addition, 26 of Biond's current team will join Sedra at PwC and will be based primarily in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary.
