QFHSA EXPRESSES GRAVE DISAPPOINTMENT WITH BILL 115

MONTREAL, Oct. 22 /CNW Telbec/ - QFHSA stresses that Bill 115 respects neither the spirit nor the letter of the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in its ruling on Bill 104.

We believe Bill 115 falls short in respecting the decision by creating an arbitrary framework that makes access to English public schools theoretically possible but realistically unattainable. All Quebec parents should have the right to choose.
