Qtrade Investor Named Canada's Best Online Brokerage for Customer Service

VANCOUVER, Jan. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - Qtrade Investor has once again added to its long list of awards, this time being recognized as the Top Customer Service Firm in Canada in Surviscor's 2013 review.  Qtrade Investor scored 94 per cent in Surviscor's discount brokerage category, well ahead of the competition (second place was just 88 per cent).

In addition, Qtrade Investor was awarded Surviscor's highest response standard — Platinum — for responding to emails in less than two hours. This isn't the first time Qtrade Investor has been recognized for its exceptional customer service. It received a 92.3 per cent satisfaction rating by its clients who were surveyed as part of The Globe and Mail's annual discount brokerage rankings in 2011.
