Quadruple Win for Minto Properties at FRPO's Awards Gala

OTTAWA, Dec. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Minto Properties has earned four prestigious industry accolades at the 2012 Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) MAC (Marketing, Achievement and Construction) Awards and was also named finalist in two other categories.

Every year FRPO members come together at the annual Awards Gala Dinner to celebrate leadership in the residential rental housing industry. Minto Properties is excited to announce receiving the following awards:

• Advertising Excellence Single Project - Leslie York Mills
  This award recognizes clarity, innovation and excellence in the marketing of the advertising campaign for Leslie York Mills, a North Toronto community featuring a trio of well-appointed, feature-rich buildings with 409 newly-renovated suites.
  
  
• Rental Development of the Year - 620 Martin Grove
  This award recognizes excellence in the development of a new rental housing project. 620 Martin Grove, located in the heart of Etobicoke, is a new 204-unit building for ages 59+ that impressed the judges in terms of its overall creativity and suite design, curb appeal, and efficient use of space and functionality.
  
  
• Customer Service Award of Excellence - Cherryhill Village
  This award recognizes a residential rental company who has delivered outstanding customer service to its residents. Cherryhill Village in London demonstrates Minto's commitment to high standards of resident care, with activities, initiatives and programs that involve tenants and shows a willingness to go above and beyond 'just housing.'
  
  
• Community Service Award of Excellence - The Minto Group
  This award recognizes a company that has gone above and beyond to give back to its local communities. Minto has demonstrated leadership in community involvement through volunteer activities, charitable contributions and many other projects.
