Quest PharmaTech Inc. Amends Warrant Terms

EDMONTON, Sept. 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Quest PharmaTech Inc. (TSX-V: QPT) ("Quest" or the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company developing and commercializing products to improve the quality of life, today announces extension of 3,429,167 warrants that are to expire on September 26, 2016 by 18 months to March 26, 2018.  The exercise price of the warrants will also increase from $0.10 to $0.16.
