Software Industry Veteran to Lead Next Stage of Quorum's Growth
HOUSTON, Dec. 11, 2018 /CNW/ -- Quorum Software, the leader in digital transformation for the oil and gas industry, today announced the appointment of Gene Austin as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Austin has over 30 years of experience in leading both private and public software and technology companies. Most recently, Austin was the CEO of Bazaarvoice, and previous to that was the CEO of Convio, where he led a team that grew the business to a successful IPO in 2010 and eventual sale to Blackbaud in 2012. Prior to Convio, Austin was a member of the executive team that took CareerBuilder.com public in 1999.
