Ninth annual Community Day, presented by TELUS, makes science accessible — and fun
TORONTO, Sept. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - To conclude Science Literacy Week celebrations, the Ontario Science Centre offers free general admission on Sunday, September 23 during its ninth annual Community Day. Presented by TELUS, Community Day removes barriers that might otherwise stand between the community and the Ontario Science Centre, making science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) accessible to — and fun for — all members of the community.
From bits to qubits, planets to papermaking, and honey harvest to energy harvest, visitors can enjoy exhibitions, presentations, demonstrations and hands-on activities — at no cost. For a detailed list of Community Day programming, please visit OntarioScienceCentre.ca.
