Toronto FC and Tottenham Hotspur will celebrate the English Premier League club's visit to Toronto on Tuesday by surprising the North Toronto Nitros FC and their community partner Special Olympics Ontario's athletes with the opportunity to train alongside coaches and players from both clubs. |
Special Olympics Ontario athletes and North Toronto Nitros FC, a local youth soccer team will be expecting a training session with coaches from Tottenham Hotspur featuring core skills including passing, dribbling and shooting. What the youth do not know is that Toronto FC's Jermain Defoe and Bright Dike, Tottenham Hotspur's Aaron Lennon and alumnus Ledley King will also participate in the practice. |

Youth will also be surprised with kits from both clubs and have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with players and coaches from both clubs. |
