/R E P E A T -- Bonaventure Expressway: Continuation of Maintenance Work -
Night Work on October 6 and 7 at Exit 2/
LONGUEUIL, QC,
The roadwork will require complete closures of the Bonaventure Expressway according to the following schedule:
- Tuesday, October 6 from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.: Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway - heading east (Champlain Bridge) and west (Downtown Montreal) at Exit 2 (Scenario C). - Tuesday, October 6 at 11 p.m. until Wednesday, October 7 at 5 a.m.: Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway - heading west (Downtown Montreal) at Exit 2 (Scenario B); - Wednesday, October 7 at 10 p.m. until Thursday, October 8 at 6:30 a.m.: Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway - heading east (Champlain Bridge) at Exit 2 (Scenario A); Detour routes have been provided for in the area of the roadwork. Users are nevertheless encouraged to use other South Shore bridges during the repair work as well as taking public transportation. Details of the closings: Scenario A: ----------- Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway heading east (Champlain Bridge) at Exit 2 including: 1. Closure of the Wellington St. onramp 2. Complete closure of Pierre-Dupuy Ave. under the Bonaventure Expressway 3. Closure of one of two lanes on Pierre-Dupuy Ave. heading south and on Des Irlandais Street heading north Scenario B: ----------- Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway heading west (Downtown Montreal) at Exit 2 including: 1. Closure of the Mill St. onramp (east side) 2. Complete closure of Pierre-Dupuy Ave. under the Bonaventure Expressway 3. Closure of one of two lanes on Pierre-Dupuy Ave. heading south and on Des Irlandais Street heading north Scenario C: ----------- Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway heading east (Champlain Bridge) and west (Downtown Montreal) at Exit 2 including: 1. Closure of the Wellington St. onramp 2. Complete closure of Pierre-Dupuy Ave. under the Bonaventure Expressway 3.
