TORONTO, Dec. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - On Thursday, December 20, 2012, Mayor Rob Ford on behalf of Toronto City Council has proclaimed December 19-26, 2012 as "Salvation Army Week" in the City of Toronto.
Mayor Rob Ford encourages everyone to support The Salvation Army this holiday season.
The Salvation Army flag raising will take place at Toronto City Hall on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11:30am. The Salvation Army Christmas Brass Ensemble and Salvation Army Spokesperson Major John Murray will be on hand to proclaim Salvation Army Week.
