/R E P E A T -- Floods in Pierrefonds-Roxboro - Information session on financial assistance to flood victims on Sunday, May 14, at 10 a.m./

PIERREFONDS-ROXBORO, QC, May 10, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ -The borough invites victims and all residents affected by the flood to an information session on financial assistance, on Sunday, May 14 at 10 a.m. at the Civic Centre of Dollard- Des-Ormeaux, Arena 2, located at 12001, boulevard de Salaberry. The meeting will be given by a representative of the Ministère de la Sécurité publique. Following the meeting, the authorities of the Ministère will provide citizens the opportunity to have an individual meeting. The dates of these meetings will be announced at the information session. In the meantime, citizens may call 1-888-643-HELP (2433).

"Residents who are affected by the floods are in great need of information about the disaster relief programs available. We are heartfelt with them and are sensitive to their pressing need to get answers to their questions, " said the mayor of the borough, Mr. Dimitrios (Jim) Beis.
