/R E P E A T -- Government frauds will change the tide of the Ontario election, says expert fraud investigator/

TORONTO, June 6, 2014 /CNW/ - In a statement released today, Gerry Jutsun, the President and CEO of FSI Fraud Security Investigations, further detailed a number of seminal and landmark frauds that involve elements of the Liberal government and will influence the course of the Ontario provincial election.

Following his previous revelation of the frauds to assembled journalists on June 3rd at a press conference, Jutsun has revealed new information on four fraud investigations that he states are damaging to the public trust and ensconce elements of the Liberal government.

The fraud cases include:

Tiny Town Daycare's lawsuit against the Ontario Ministry of Education alleging malfeasance, collusion, conspiracy and intentional interference in the daycare licensing process;

The non-existence of defendants being entered into court and receiving judgements, and the possibility of them being deceased and without an estate;

Senior citizens who have been defrauded of their life savings by investment and accounting firms, and are awaiting investigation by law enforcement and government regulators;

Mothers and fathers who have been thrown into prison via decisions made by the Ministry of Community and Social Services' Family Responsibility Office, despite never being charged with a crime and with no due process of law.

Jutsun states that the fraud involving deceased and fictitious plaintiffs being entered into court was so profound and damaging to the legal system that he brought the matter to the attention of the Official Leader of the Opposition, Tim Hudak, in February 2011. Three of the cases are already in court, with law enforcement investigating matters related to the issues Jutsun has brought to light.

Jutsun states that if this fraud had been unveiled and investigated earlier, Hudak would have received the Premiership in the last provincial election. "The nature of this fraud is widespread and systemic, and Mr. Hudak would have won the Premiership in 2011 if the government brought these frauds to light," said Jutsun.

Jutsun will be further elaborating on these frauds at a press conference on Monday, June 9^th, to be held in the Forest Hill Room at the Sheraton Centre Toronto beginning at 1 p.m.
