OTTAWA, May 13, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development and Member of Parliament for Madawaska-Restigouche, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce Government of Canada support to help Canadians overcome barriers to employment.
