/R E P E A T -- Invitation to media - Opening of a $ 55 million commercial pole in Beauharnois - Espace 30 Beauharnois/ Français
MONTREAL, May 30, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - The City of Beauharnois and the Groupe Custeau Immobilier are inviting the media to attend the official opening of the new "Espace 30 Beauharnois" regional commercial center and its first building, "Édifice La Centrale", on Thursday, May 31, starting at 2 pm. This event will mark the beginning of the activities of the regional commercial hub, which will be the first multiservice rest area on Highway 30, at Exit 22 (Route 236: Boulevard de l'Énergie).
On 1,4 million square feet of land slated for industrial and commercial development, the consortium formed by the Groupe Custeau Immobilier, the Groupe Lagacé Immobilier and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ will build "Espace 30 Beauharnois", which will radiate throughout the greater Montreal area by its strategic location and due to several highways that make this development a major economic corridor.
At this opening event, "Édifice La Centrale" will welcome its first occupants including Farm Credit Canada (FCC), which will officially inaugurate its new regional office, as well as the firm Massicotte Dignard Taillefer Patenaude, atelier d'architecture inc.
We invite you to join us in this event and meet with project developers, elected officials, business owners, as well as producers and farmers. Visitors will be able to visit the new office spaces and a snack will be served.
