MONTREAL, June 26, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau is proud to invite media representatives to Montreal for the departure celebration marking the 19th edition of the Tour CIBC Charles-Bruneau. An official ceremony will mark the departure, as Fondation spokesman and TVA news anchor Pierre Bruneau boards a bus bound for Rimouski together with actor and spokesman for the four-day itinerary Paul Doucet and the 30 cyclists who will travel close to 700 km in four days to raise funds for the development of projects in the area of pediatric oncology.
The event will take place in the presence of:
- Pierre Bruneau, spokesman for the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau
- Paul Doucet, actor and spokesman for the four-day itinerary
- Sylvain Vinet, Senior Vice-President, Retail Markets, Eastern Canada, CIBC
- Émilie Dagenais, 16, hero of the four-day itinerary
- Lorianne Leblanc, 13, hero of the four-day itinerary
- Several children receiving treatment at CHU Sainte-Justine's Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, each of whom will be paired with a cyclist
