/R E P E A T -- July 23: Resolutions on quality learning, early childhood education, inclusive education and use of ICT in education/ Français
OTTAWA, July 22, 2015 /CNW/ - Delegates attending the 7th World Congress of Education International (EI) in Ottawa will be debating tomorrow morning resolutions and policy papers on key areas of importance for education workers around the world. The resolutions, under the topic of "Right to Educational Quality, Equity and Learning," will examine:
- Early Childhood Education
- Provision of support to children with learning difficulties
- Rights of disabled children and teachers and support for learning difficulties
- Equitable and inclusive education
- Quality environments for Teaching and Learning
- Definition of Learning
- Vocational education – qualifying young people
- Language diversity
- Leadership in educational institutions
- Teachers as leaders
- Right to education for displaced people, refugee and stateless children
- Use of information and communications technology
