MONTREAL, April 21, 2016 /CNW/ - The Quebec government has made itself clearer and clearer over the last few weeks: Minister Daoust's bill will restrict consumers' choice and prevent Uber from operating in Quebec.
Tomorrow morning, Uber Quebec's general manager, Jean-Nicolas Guillemette, will launch an awareness campaign to give Quebecers a voice and make the government take citizens' interests into account.
Quebec can show that it is open to a new economy and to innovation while also ensuring healthy competition, as is done in cities like Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, and in over 80 jurisdictions throughout the world.
