MONTREAL, Dec. 6, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Media representatives are invited to the official announcement of an exceptional donation by Desjardins Group as part of the joint Campus Montréal fundraising campaign by HEC Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and the Université de Montréal. The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, at HEC Montréal.

Monique F. Leroux, Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Desjardins Group and Guy Breton, Rector of the Université de Montréal, Christophe Guy, CEO of Polytechnique Montréal, and Michel Patry, Director of HEC Montréal, will be speaking and will be available for individual interviews.

John Parisella, Executive Director of Campus Montréal, and Hélène Desmarais, Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Montreal Enterprises and Innovation Centre, and Chair of the Board of Directors of HEC Montréal, will also attend.

The Campus Montréal campaign, launched in November 2012, aims to raise $500 million dollars to support the four Campus Montréal institutions in their teaching and research missions.
