TORONTO , Jan. 22 /CNW/ - The Toronto Port Authority will be holding a brief outdoor ceremony to name the new ferry to serve the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport:

    
                           Friday, January 22, 2010
                      Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport
                       Bathurst Street ferry terminal
                                10-10:15 a.m.

The new vessel will be named Marilyn Bell I after Canadian sports hero Marilyn Bell Di Lascio, who was the first person to swim across Lake Ontario in 1954 at age 16.

Bell Di Lascio will be attending the ceremony and will be available for photographs.

There will be a brief period for questions following the ceremony.
