What: CNIB is turning the page on inequality. John M. Rafferty, CNIB President and CEO, will address a human rights issue affecting the right to read of over 800,000 blind and partially sighted Canadians. The CNIB Library, Canada's largest provider of alternative format materials, has been providing accessible library services for over 90 years and is in jeopardy without government support. Activities include: - Interview opportunities with CNIB clients - Hear from clients about what the CNIB Library means to them. - Tour of the library - Visit our stacks and see our recording studios, e-publishing, braille and audio duplication machines in action.
