OTTAWA and GATINEAU, QC, May 11, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will issue its decisions related to the licence renewals of the large TV groups as well as its decision concerning the request from Rogers Media to approve the mandatory distribution of OMNI Regional on all digital basic TV packages Monday, May 15, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

The CRTC will hold a teleconference one hour before the release of the decisions to brief media and answer questions. Any information provided before release time must not be shared. Participating media will have to agree to confidentiality terms.

In order to participate, members of the media must sign-up with Media Relations at 819-997-9403 or by email at [email protected]. Instructions concerning the confidentiality waiver and the number to call will be shared with participating media before the teleconference.
