'Topping Off' ceremony marks the structural completion of phase one of Women's College Hospital's new facility

TORONTO, June 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and the Hon. Deb Matthews, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care will join Women's College Hospital staff, physicians, volunteers, Board members, project partners and special guests for the official 'Topping Off' of phase one of the hospital's new facility.  This traditional 'Topping Off' event signifies that the highest point of construction has been reached.

To mark this exciting milestone, staff, physicians, volunteers and key stakeholders will sign the final steel beam before it is hoisted into place on top of the hospital's new building.
