MONTRÉAL, May 1, 2016 The Réseau FADOQ and patients who were charged extra fees are filing a lawsuit against the Government of Canada in order to put an end to the illegal practice. The suit was filed on their behalf by Jean-Pierre Ménard, a lawyer specializing in the defence of patient rights. Media representatives are invited to attend a press conference (details below) organized by the Réseau FADOQ to explain the considerable issues at stake.
