Featuring the food, wine and culinary contributions of Paris and Lyon, the festival will offer food enthusiasts enticing flavours of some of the most celebrated dishes France has to offer, as well as an opportunity to mingle with internationally acclaimed Chef Alain Ducasse – a captain of the culinary industry and widely considered one of the most brilliant culinary innovators of our time.

Hosted by Food Network chef Chuck Hughes, this insightful and engaging Q&A will feature Ducasse's reflections on his diverse achievements, which today include 22 top-tier restaurants in nine countries. He will also share his views on why it's important to pass on his knowledge to the next generation, and how culinary education can make a difference in helping the less-fortunate find work and access to a better life. The conversation will be followed by a wine-and-cheese reception and book signing. |

On hand will be guest of honour Alain Ducasse. The event will culminate in an important announcement regarding the training of future generations of George Brown College culinary students. |
